1. Planning Giant is a Neutral Venue and Wedding Planning Tool.

Planning Giant serves as a platform for wedding industry professionals, couples, and organizations to connect and transact. We are not a wedding product or service provider, nor do we endorse or guarantee the quality of any products or services offered by vendors on our site. We act as a neutral venue and are not responsible for any actions or inactions of our members or vendors.

Planning Giant Subscribers:

• Please note that we are not the providers of any products or services advertised or offered by vendors on our site. Any communications or agreements made between you and a vendor are solely between the two parties involved. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by vendors on our site. It is your responsibility to conduct your own research and due diligence before engaging with any vendors.
• While we make efforts to verify the identity of vendors, we cannot guarantee their integrity or capabilities. We provide a user-managed feedback system to help you evaluate vendors, but we cannot ensure the accuracy of this information. Participating in certain programs may result in vendors receiving your contact information, as outlined in the program's terms and conditions.
• Please be aware that any disputes you have with a vendor are between you and the vendor. We are not a party to these disputes, except in relation to your use of our site as outlined in Sections 32 and 33.

Vendors:

Planning Giant serves as a platform for wedding industry professionals, couples, and organizations to connect and transact. We are not a wedding product or service provider, nor do we endorse or guarantee the quality of any products or services offered by vendors on our site. We act as a neutral venue and are not responsible for any actions or inactions of our members or vendors.

You admit to the following:

• We will not endorse you or your services and products.
• We are in no way responsible for assisting you in reaching an agreement with Members.
• We are not responsible for supporting you in providing goods and services to Wedding Members. Vendors are the only bodies liable for meeting any applicable legal requirements within their profession.
• We are not liable for making sure that Vendors are licensed. All Wedding Members are required to give us accurate information about themselves, We, however, cannot, and will not validate this information or guarantee the ability of Members to complete payment for any of the services and products you may provide. Any transaction you enter into with a Member is strictly between you and the Member, and Planning Giant is not a party to that dealing. Any dispute you have with a Member is between you and the Member, and We will not be involved in such discussions. After the Vendor and we have ended our relationship, We shall be entitled to retain all reviews associated with a Vendor Member on Planning Giant as well as necessary directory data, including without restriction, business name, address, and telephone number

2. Membership

Membership to Planning Giant is available only to organizations and individuals, over 18 years of age and as required in their jurisdiction, and illegible to form legally binding documents under the law. We do not provide services to minors or to temporarily or indenitely suspended Members. Membership in Planning Giant is void where prohibited. Your Planning Giant membership is not transferable and cannot be sold. As a registered business, you declare that you have the authority to bind the entity to this and any related Agreement with the Planning Giant. If you registered as an individual, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years of age, responsible, of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement. Members who provide goods and services are required to have a valid business operations license, as applicable.

By joining Planning Giant, you wholeheartedly agree to:

1. Provide us with complete and accurate data about yourself and also to keep it updated as often required.
2. Adhere to all the terms and conditions and rules of this Agreement, the Planning Giant Code of Conduct and the Planning Giant Community Guidelines below;
3. Protect your username, password, all other condential information; and
4. Be responsible for all activities on your account. "Basic/30 Days Free Trial," "Gold Package,” “Platinum Package,” or other unpaid vendor memberships may be offered by Planning Giant periodically. These due vendor memberships do not guarantee any advertising placement or other benets. Planning Giant reserves the right to modify the terms of or cancel any such unpaid vendor memberships.

3. Prohibited Activities

Visitors to and Members of Planning Giant may not:

• Create an account in another's name.
• Create more than one account.
• Use another's account.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use Planning Giant to breach applicable regulations, break the Law, or encourage others to do so, or provide instructions on how to do so.
• Offer to provide products or services that violate any applicable Laws, statute, ordinance or regulation (collectively "Laws"), or offer any products or services in a manner that violates any Laws.
• Offer any sweepstakes, promotion or contest without posting ocial rules and complying with the Laws.
• Collect or harvest information about Site Members, including but not limited to use of robots, spiders, or similar means.
• Use the information on Planning Giant to distribute unsolicited e-mail to its Members.
• Do anything that interferes with or places an undue burden on Planning Giant (as We determine in our sole discretion).
• Use Planning Giant if your membership has been temporarily or permanently suspended or revoked Violate any terms of this Agreement.

4. Additional Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that We have the sole discretion to set forth and post additional terms and conditions for your use of Planning Giant at various places throughout Planning Giant including, but not limited to, fees associated with specific services or uses. You agree that those additional terms and conditions shall be considered a valid amendment to this Agreement and said terms and conditions should be incorporated herein. Furthermore, you expressly agree that if there is any conict between those additional terms and conditions and the Terms set forth herein, the other terms and conditions shall govern.

5. Fees

There are currently NO minimum fees to join Planning Giant for Wedding Members or Vendor Members. Optional fee-based services are available, but participation is NOT mandatory. See below for details.

Wedding Members:

We may offer optional fee-based functionality/services, which may include services provided by third parties and your use of such functionality/services shall be subject to any applicable additional terms and conditions which may consist of the third parties' terms and conditions. Your credit card will not be billed unless you agree to use our fee-based functionality packages and incur a charge with Planning Giant. The fee and timing of paid subscription packages will be described separately as part of the relevant paid subscription packages.

Vendor Members:

Vendor Members with valid Vendor Accounts may opt into additional paid services ("Gold and Platinum Packages"). Planning Giant may list the prices for these Gold and Premium Packages on Planning Giant but retains the right to amend these prices and to offer discounts and temporary promotions

Charged in error:

In the event you believe that Planning Giant has charged you in error, you must contact Planning Giant Member Services at admin@planninggiant.com within 30 days after such charge. No refunds for any fees which are more than 30 days old.
